About this game

This version of NiGHTS into Dreams... is a port of the Saturn version with identical gameplay, but also incorporates the levels included in Christmas NiGHTS into Dreams... as a bonus.

It also contains the feature from that version where the characters wearing special seasonal clothing during certain holidays.

The game offers two graphics modes: a remake mode with updated graphics and a classic SEGA Saturn graphics mode.

Other additions include support for 16:9 wide screen (PS2), an illustration gallery and a movie viewer mode.

The later released version released for the PS3, Xbox 360 and Windows is another port of the Saturn version, but offered as a digital download release and not limited of Japan.

The content is identical to the PS2 version released four year before, but with redesigned HD graphics and support for contemporary resolutions.

All versions offer the option to switch back to the original Saturn visuals.

Some content of the PS2 version is not available, such as a two-player mode and the ability to play as Sonic.

Additions for the 2012 release include leaderboards and achievements/trophies.
