The only thing in your way are dinosaurs, which just so happen to have the ability to breath fire, shoot lasers, and want nothing more than to see you perish! It’s completely insane, and that’s what makes it so bloody great! It doesn’t hurt any that the game was developed by the same people who made the excellent Blazing Star and Pulstar so you know you’re in for a good time.
About Neo Geo AES
SNK's Neo Geo AES (1990) was marketed as the ultimate home arcade experience, using the same hardware as SNK's arcade cabinets — at an extraordinarily high price for both the console and its cartridges. That exclusivity is exactly why Neo Geo AES games remain among the most expensive in all of retro collecting; several titles routinely sell for well over a thousand euros in good condition.
Gamevaro tracks Prehistoric Isle 2 for Neo Geo AES with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Prehistoric Isle 2 to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This NEO release dates back to 1999.

Rarity & condition
Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for Prehistoric Isle 2, suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common Neo Geo AES titles.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
