In the 21st century, a rogue terrorist organization is threatening humanity and it is up to the player and their hand-picked team to take on the threat.
In a campaign to save humanity, the Minerva Corporation created a technology of assault robots, which were deployed throughout Earth.
The robots revolted, however, and started their own military campaigns across the planet.
Minerva denied all allegations.
Countries without recourse to withstand these assaults turned to UNPAC, which is where you and your A3 unit come in.
As part of the Simple 2000 series , Project Minerva Professional is a third person shooter where the player takes on missions for the UNPAC, equipping multiple kinds of different weapons and armor for their team before dispatching on level-based missions to take out enemy forces.
Missions vary from simple enemy elimination missions to hostage rescues and reconnaissance missions.
The player will receive money and items to arm and customize their team for each mission.
About PlayStation 2
The PlayStation 2 (2000) is the best-selling game console in history, with a library exceeding 9,000 titles that spans everything from budget shovelware to genre-defining classics. That massive volume means PS2 collecting is accessible and affordable overall, but a handful of low-print-run RPGs and cult titles have become genuinely expensive — a common pattern once a console's original audience grows up with disposable income.
Gamevaro tracks Project Minerva [Limited Edition] for PlayStation 2 with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Project Minerva [Limited Edition] to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This PS2 release dates back to 2002.

Rarity & condition
Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for Project Minerva [Limited Edition], suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common PlayStation 2 titles.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
