Hollow Knight is a Metroidvania action-adventure game that combines exploration and combat within a dark, insect-infested subterranean world.
Players control a silent, insectoid warrior descending into the ruins of Hallownest - a fallen kingdom decimated by a supernatural infection - unraveling lore through exploration, acquiring abilities, and facing formidable bosses.
